Our first popcorn! Italy Hill is a great open-pollinated variety that has been adapted to these cooler climates in the Northeast and grows very well and quickly, its stalks reaching 6' and most of them producing 2 ears. Beautiful, creamy white ears have a bit of a pearl effect in the light. Pops nicely in the pot with a bit of oil and salt! You can store your cobbs in your pantry and take one out as desired for popping. One popped ear gave us a nice big bowl's worth. 95 days to maturity.
